Recent 2nd Dose of Liberalization of Indian economy (Aatma Nirbhar Bharath2020), its gradual integration with world economy and rapid transformation of the world into a knowledge based society are increasing the demand for a well trained workforce that is not only literate but also possess in-demand skills. This phenomenon made us to design college hours in an impeccable way including all necessary in-demand skills training so that overall development of students and job readiness can be nurtured.
